Receivables purchase (factoring of receivables)

As an enterprise of the GFKL Group, Domnowski Inkasso benefits from a financially strong foundation for receivables purchase. Along with the high quality of our service, this will secure a fast and reliable liquidity inflow for our clients as well as an effective protection from default.

Which receivables do we buy?

1. Receivables not yet paid after the due date
2. Receivables that are still open after due date and dunning
3. Receivables after unsuccessful recovery attempts (older than 12 months)
4. Legally enforceable receivables

Respective purchase prices

We will be happy to make you a concrete and individual offer. The purchase price will depend on a range of very different factors. These include, for example, the age of the receivable, the status of the processing to date, the legal situation and the debtor structure.

Information required for an offer to be made

For the detailed assessment and determination of a suitable purchase price you should provide us with the following information:

• number of receivables
• age of receivables (newest/oldest)
• debtor information (name/address/date of birth)
• average amount of the main receivable
• any measures implemented so far
• representative data inventory 

We naturally guarantee complete confidentiality and the observance of all data protection regulations.

Purchase of foreign receivables

The purchase price for receivables owing to
(1) German enterprises by foreign debtors or      
(2) foreign enterprises by German debtors is more complex to calculate but such purchases are nonetheless possible
