Service no. 1: Administration and checking
(amongst others, legal enforceability, period of limitations)
The data/documents are checked for completeness and recorded in the international collections system. The documents are used to ascertain whether there is an obvious basis for the claim and which measures need to be implemented to recover the receivable successfully.
Service no. 2: Written, qualified dunning procedure
The debtor is informed of the collection order and the receivable itself, and is requested to settle it, either as a lump sum or in installments.
Service no. 3: Recovery service/outbound by telephone
If we have, or are able to obtain, the debtor's phone number we will actively contact the debtor, at the latest using our local partner. Concrete objection handling measures will also be carried out. We aim for complete payment; individual payment agreements/installment payments can also be agreed.
Service no. 4: Passing on the job to one of our local contract partners, of whom there are more than 100

Service no. 5: Local receivables management appropriate to the country concerned
Different legal systems mean that the possibility of effective and efficient receivables recovery varies from country to country. Our network guarantees that this will be carried out successfully and routinely.
Service no. 6: Communication with the debtor in the local language
Communication and objection handling in the local language.
Service no. 7: Reporting in German
Our clients will be informed immediately of any changes in circumstances. If required, both online reporting and individual regular reporting will be offered.
Service no. 8: Judicial measures
Judicial measures will only be carried out with prior agreement and express consent. The client will receive an estimate of costs and a statement on the prospects of success and duration of the process.
