Direct Debit Collection
Domnowski Payments will handle the direct debit collection and deal with any returned direct debits in a fully automated process.
If the customer initiates the reversal of a direct debit because of lack of coverage, lack of funds in their account, or based on an unjustified objection, Domnowski Payments will handle the dunning and subsequent collection according to the agreed procedure.
